Biography

Andrew's connection to Mauck & Baker began when he was hired as the firm's communications manager shortly after graduating from Liberty University in 2014. But a year and a half later, Andrew left to follow his calling to become a lawyer.

Since then, Andrew received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law where he served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review, and was president of the Federalist Society and Christian Legal Society Student Chapter. He also externed for Justice Bertina Lampkin of the Illinois Appellate Court for the First District, the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, and the Liberty Justice Center. His article on the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act is being published in the Chicago-Kent Law Review. Prior to law school, Andrew worked in public policy in the Illinois General Assembly.

Upon graduation, Andrew enthusiastically returned to Mauck & Baker in 2019, having “prayed his way in.” In his free time, Andrew enjoys camping, local history, and doting on his dog. He is engaged to his lovely fiancée, Sarah whom he met on a blind date and was entranced with not long after.
